On June 23, 2023, I delivered the Section Featured Speaker Address, “Psychology’s Role in Addressing Urgent Problems in Canada,” for the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) Section Program focused on Black Psychology.

This was the first CPA Convention since I co-founded the Black Psychology Section. Earlier in the day, I also participated in a Paper within a symposium, “How to Be Resilient in Your Career: Facing up to Barriers at Work as a Racialized Person.”
